Specialty Foods

We are about great food so we go to great lengths to find unique, unusual and high quality food products.  Seasoning, jelly, marinates, candy, and canned goods are brought in from around the country.  Travels to New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Louisiana have reaped many unique findings, not to forget all the great Texas stuff.  Chances are Jalapeno Jelly did not originate in the Northeast.

Folks who aren’t from around here, and even some who are, are surprised and delighted by the array of specialty foods at Prasek’s stores. As you can see from the list below, you can buy some tried and true items like preserves, bread & butter pickles, baby corn, or pickled okra. For the more adventurous souls, we carry pickled quail eggs and pickled garlic, and a bunch of other fun and interesting items.
